Q: I keep beating the C.O.P.S. at their videogame but they won't give me their item, why not?

A: They need to win the game, not you. And getting a draw does not count either. The easiest way to lose is to avoid using the centre spot and then avoid blocking one of their lines so they are forced to win at the end.
