Once you get the unicorn from Superball you have to show it to everybody. There are certain points in the game that they become unresponsive to your unicorn so make sure to interact with everybody as soon as you are able to.
  • Superball - before turning the unicorn red
  • Harry - any time
  • Max - before being split apart
  • Sybil - before Hypnobeam activated
  • Jimmy Two-Teeth - before unbending the parking meter
  • Bosco - any time
  • Lincoln - before Hypnobeam activated
  • C.O.P.S. - any time
  • Philo Pennyworth - any time
  • Hugh Bliss - while he's in the crystal before recombining Max
  • Hugh Bliss again - during the final fight

Cut off Hugh Bliss' head.
This is right at the end of the episode during the fight with Hugh Bliss. After switching out of the box use the saw on Hugh Bliss directly. The fight goes round in circles if you don't do the exact steps to finish it so you will get a second (and third and fourth etc.) chance to cut his head off but once you've used the key on the fallen lunar lander the fight is over. Your autosave might be able to get you get back to before the fight so hopefully you didn't start a new game just yet.
